Job Description
Our company requires a Business Development Managers with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, service, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
- Possess a strong understanding of our services, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date.
Qualification
- Proven track record in business sales or related market
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
Telemarketing Executive
Job Description
Our company is hiring Telemarketing Executives to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss our services and other work related to general contracting. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Place phone calls to potential clients from google databases
- Answer potential clients’ questions about our services or goals
- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
- Refer customer complaints to service team
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
- Results-driven
Ability to cope with rejection
